Watch: Interview with Human Resources at Coast Records Studio

I recently sat down for an interview with Human Resources at drummer Matt Zuttell’s Coast Records Studio. We discussed the band’s new single, “Sylvia”, what it was like recording with Taylor Locke (Rooney) out in Los Angeles, and plans for their upcoming record. Human Resources is currently wrapping up the new album at the studio featured in this interview, and it should be released sometime this Spring.

This feels like a big moment of coming full circle for Extra Chill, since the first interview I ever did (don’t watch it) was with Human Resources more than two years ago. That’s what got this website started in the direction of covering the Charleston music scene. Seeing how much both this blog and the local scene has grown over the past two years is pretty cool.
