Seth G. Releases New R&B EP, Love Drug

Multi-talented violinist and producer Seth G. just released a new EP, Love Drug. This is the first release from the Charleston-based artist of the year, and it represents his first time stepping into the R&B genre, as he has generally been a pop artist in the past.

While his prior releases have prominently featured the violin in an upbeat fashion, this EP features more traditional R&B beats reminiscent of the 90s to early 2000s style. This release represents an artist exploring and expanding his horizons, which can only lead to good things.

Track four, “On Time”, samples the 2001 hit from Ja Rule & Ashanti, “Always On Time”.

Catch Seth G. performing both at big time events like a recent Spoleto fundraiser with Andy King, and in the local club scene alongside our friend DJ DollaMenu.

Seth also mentioned that he plans to release music in a variety of genres for the remainder of the year, encouraging his followers to guess the next genre in a recent Instagram post.
