She Returns From War is Going on Tour with Band of Horses

Last month, Band of Horses announced a handful of tour dates both in Europe and the United States. This afternoon, they announced that Charleston’s very own She Returns From War will be joining them on the U.S. leg of the tour. That’s some huge news for She Returns From War, and another testament to Band of Horses as supporters of the Charleston music scene. In case you didn’t know, once upon a time Band of Horses toured with SUSTO, and later The Artisanals joined them for a few dates. They have a history of bringing exposure to Charleston’s talented crew of musicians.

She Returns From War is still riding high off the release of Mirrored Moon Dance Hall, which we chose as our number one South Carolina album of 2018, and so did Columbia’s Free Times. The album really is fantastic, and we are stoked to see the support that Hunter Park & crew have been receiving all around the state. Hopefully with these Band of Horses shows the word about She Returns From War will start to spread well outside of South Carolina.
