Oukuo – “Sun Shower”

The newest single from Oukuo, “Sun Shower”, is the first to follow the release of debut EP Gorilla just over one month ago. According to Oukuo’s mastermind Thomas Kenney, “Sun Shower” is the introductory track to an upcoming body of work that will feature “all super chill, downtempo jams” inspired by all the downtime most of us have had in 2020 thus far. “Sun Shower” is supremely chill, as described, and features vocal contributions from Doom Flamingo frontwoman Kanika Moore, as well as saxophonist Mike Quinn, plus some keys from TK’s Terraphonics bandmate Jonathan Lovett.
