Columbia-based alt pop duo Glass Mansions have just released a new single called “Faith”. The single was released this morning, and the official music video has also made its debut this afternoon. “Faith” is an upbeat electronic song about, according to the band, “being unapologetically yourself, flaws and all, rather than putting up a facade of who you are.”
Glass Mansions are a band that lives on the road, and in fact they were mid-tour en route to SXSW, all the way on the other side of the country when things first shut down. They drove back and managed to keep high spirits, and now they’ve released a new song that they’ve dedicated to maintaining human connection even through distance.
The video was created in collaboration with Vanlifers (and former Charleston residents) Natalie and Abigail Rodriguez, and also includes some additional footage taken by our good friend Mia Naome Al-Taher, who went on tour with the band last year.
