High Water Festival 2020 Lineup Announced

This morning, Charleston’s annual High Water Festival announced the lineup for the 2020 installment of the event, taking place April 18th and 19th at North Charleston’s Riverfront Park. This is the fourth year of the event, and I dare say that 2020 brings the most exciting lineup that High Water Festival has seen to date.

Headliners for High Water Festival 2020 include Wilco, who just released a stellar new album called Ode To Joy, Nathaniel Rateliffe, Brittany Howard (of Alabama Shakes), who also has a new album under her belt called Jaime, and of course Charleston’s very own Shovels & Rope, whose new album By Blood was released on the eve of High Water Festival 2019.

The undercard is just as strong for indie fans, featuring Mavis Staples, Andrew Bird, Drive-By-Truckers, Rufus Wainwright, Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen, Delta Spirit, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Wilder Woods, Liz Cooper & The Stampede, Strand of Oaks (who just dropped a new album recorded with My Morning Jacket sans Jim James), The Felice Brothers, Sharon & The Clams, Seratones, Cedric Burnside, Indianola, Palm Palm, and our good friends She Returns From War.
