Frederick the Younger, Gold Light, and Fortune Teller to Play at The Royal American

Louisville’s Frederick the Younger are gearing up to bring their blend of blues-oriented psychedelic rock to The Royal American on Friday, December 7th. Joining them at Royal that night will be locals Gold Light and Pittsburgh’s Fortune Teller.

In 2017, Frederick the Younger released their full-length debut album, Human Child, and have since released two new singles, “Jessica”, and “Everybody Wants to Take You for a Ride”. They also released a badass blues-rock version of the acoustic Human Child title track, which has been dubbed “Human Child II”. Their next album release will reportedly come in early 2019.

Since releasing Human Child, Frederick the Younger has toured consistently, and even did a stint with Houndmouth back in April. They also have a string of South Carolina dates following the Royal American show with our friends in Babe Club, including The White Mule in Columbia on Saturday, December 8th (Human Resources will be there too), and The Radio Room in Greenville on Sunday, December 9th.

Listen to some tunes from Frederick the Younger below, and come on out to The Royal American on Friday, December 7th to see them live with Gold Light at Fortune Teller. Facebook event is here.
