Processing Times

  • Many of our products are made-to-order
  • Standard production on made-to-order products takes 2-7 business days before shipping
  • In-stock items will ship faster
  • Shipping time is additional to production time
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected method
  • Shipping for in-stock items like certain Extra Chill merch is a flat rate of $3.50
  • Extra Chill stickers ship for free
  • All orders include tracking information
  • Multiple shipping carriers and methods are available

Delivery Information

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout
  • US customers: Use the USPS ZIP code lookup tool to verify your address
  • Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping fees
  • Undeliverable packages will be held for 28 days while we attempt to contact you

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt
  • Include photos showing the damage/defect
  • Free replacement provided for confirmed issues

Size Issues

  • Check size charts before ordering
  • Size exchanges reviewed case by case
  • Customer may be responsible for new shipping costs

General Returns

  • Contact us before returning any items
  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted
  • Incorrect size orders are not eligible for return

Lost Package Policy

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Look for alternate delivery locations
  4. Contact us if still not found

We cannot replace packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Packages never marked as delivered will be investigated individually.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Provide reason for return
  4. Wait for return authorization
  5. Follow provided return instructions
