If you’ve never heard of Rainbow Kitten Surprise, you probably think it’s some sort of weird sex thing. At least that’s the first thing that came to mind when I heard of them, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they’re actually a kickass alternative rock band. I had the pleasure of seeing them perform at Bonnaroo last year, and that performance solidified their spot on my lists of artists that I will always see whenever I get the chance.
Better yet, RKS has been working on a new album, and just released the first single called “Fever Pitch”. The new album, How To: Friend, Love, Freefall will be released on April 6th, 2018, just four days after the April 2nd Music Farm show. You can bet your ass that means that you’ll get a sneak preview of some songs off the new record.
