A Reddit post on r/aclfestival is calling out poor crowd etiquette after one attendee says people were forcing through tiny gaps during sets — and not even apologizing. The thread by u/Public_Medicine2274 (posted Oct 12, 2025) has drawn attention from festivalgoers fed up with front-row chaos.
Seriously seen some rude people this year. Forcing your ways through the tiniest of spaces between people in the MIDDLE of sets, without at least saying you’re sorry? I know this is a festival and there’s crowds, but if you need to go “find your family” near the front in the middle of the set, then get here earlier and/or don’t leave, or suck it up being in the back.
On-the-ground takeaways
- Arrive early if you want front-row real estate — it’s that simple.
- Use aisles and be courteous when moving through the crowd; a quick “sorry” goes a long way.
- Plan meeting spots away from main viewing lines so people don’t have to push through sets.
- Remember: a better vibe = better show for everyone. Don’t be the person people talk about after the set.
