Summerville’s budding talent, Mac Rich, recently dropped a visual for his track “Make It Out”. Mac Rich has been making major moves in and out of the city and continues to make noise since the release of his debut album I’m Chosen in 2022. I’ve been a part of showcases and have shared live performance stages with Mac Rich and beyond having great music, his energy is all out electric.

With “Make It Out”, Mac Rich switches from his usual ‘crunk’ style and gives us a sincere look into his life and all that makes Mac Rich the man and artist he’s become.

From the responsibilities of fatherhood to not allowing life’s hardships to deter him from his aspirations. The simple, yet clean and effective video, shot by Preston Richardson aka YP900K, allows us to have an immersive video, but keep the focus on the depth of Mac’s lyrics.

We all know what it feels like to have the pressure of executing a vision that is bigger than self. Standing on it through thick and thin can be tough and Mac Rich relates to us all with his story of how he’s not only standing on it, but taking it to the moon. Making a winning hand out of a bad spread and sharing that journey with the world is #GxldApproved.
