Billy Strings Winter Tour Hits North Charleston Coliseum for Two-Night Stand in March

Billy Strings recently announced his 2023 winter tour dates, including a two-night stand at North Charleston Coliseum on Saturday, March 11th, and Sunday, March 12th.

This will be the first time Billy Strings has played in Charleston since 2017, when he hit the Pour House with Whiskey Shivers as part of the ‘Whiskey Strings’ tour. He was slated to perform at Trondossa 2020, but we all know what happened there.

Over the past few years, Billy Strings’ career has absolutely exploded to the point where he’s now booking arena tours and headlining festivals.

This is not surprising for anybody who has seen him and his band perform. He consistently wows listeners all around the country with psychedelic, experimental live performances, and he even took home the GRAMMY Award for Best Bluegrass Album with 2021’s Renewal.

November 18th marks the release of Billy’s newest album Me/And/Dad, the first album he’s recorded with his dad, Terry Barber.

Following the album release he will embark on his first European Tour, dubbed ‘Europe 2022’ as a nod to the Grateful Dead, who celebrated the 50th anniversary of their famous Europe ’72 tour this year.

Pre-sale for North Charleston is live as of today, November 3rd, with code STRINGS23. Public on-sale begins Friday, November 4th at 10am.
