Flume – “The Difference” ft. Toro y Moi

Flume and Toro y Moi have just released a new collaborative single called “The Difference”. The track will reportedly be featured in an upcoming Apple ad for AirPods Pro. “The Difference” is a fast-moving track that combines the festival-ready sound of Flume with the unique energy of Chaz Bundnick to make for a nice little mid-week surprise.

“The Difference” was released along with a music video directed by Jonathan Zawada. According to the Youtube description posted by Flume, the track was recorded in two days: one at Flume’s place in Los Angeles and another at Chaz’s in Oakland. Apparently Flume has been a Toro y Moi fan for a while, citing “Talamak” off Causers of This as a longtime favorite.
