The Mobros – “Don’t You See” (Video)

Yesterday, Charleston brotherly rock duo The Mobros released the long-awaited music video for thier new song “Don’t You See”, off their upcoming EP, Characters. The EP is due out on Thursday, November 7th, and will mark the first album release from The Mobros since 2014’s Walking With A Different Stride. The video was directed by Mobros guitarist Kelly Morris, and co-directed and filmed by Shadow Light Creations.

There is no word that describes the “Don’t You See” video better than simply, Cool. It features the band and friends strutting around hallways in high school uniforms, dripping with undeniable frosty extra chill. This is one of the best all-around music videos I’ve seen coming out of South Carolina this year. The filming, editing, and acting are all on point, and the song itself really sets the tone for what has become a highly anticipated release from a longtime local favorite.

2019 has been a big year for The Mobros. They’ve toured fairly consistently, and played several successful local shows at none other than The Royal American, including a slot opening for Illiterate Light back in August. The Characters EP will be a great way for them to cap it off and close out the year with some real momentum.

Watch the video for “Don’t You See” by The Mobros below, and stay tuned for the new EP coming 11/7.
