Don’t Sweat It Fest Announces 2019 Lineup

Rock Hill’s Don’t Sweat It Fest has just announced the lineup for its 8th annual installation. Each year, Don’t Sweat It Fest takes place at the iconic Courtroom at Getty’s Art Center on Main Street in Rock Hill, which is also the heart of the Rock Hill music scene. This year features an eclectic lineup ranging from hardcore punk rock to experimental psych, and even a little bit of hip-hop. We’re excited to be a sponsor for the 2019 event, and to support The Courtroom as an important facet of the South Carolina music landscape.

Don’t Sweat It Fest 2019 will take place on the weekend of June 20-22nd, 2019. On Thursday, June 20th, and Friday, June 21st, the music will begin at 9pm, and runs until midnight. On Saturday, June 22nd, the music starts at 5:30pm, also running to midnight. Art vendors will be set up on the ground floor of the Getty’s Art Center, with the music taking place upstairs in the Courtroom. The Taco Boiiz will be on-site selling empanadas on Saturday. The bar in the Courtroom will be serving ice cold beer and other beverages throughout the event. Tickets will be available at the door for $15 per day or $25 for a weekend pass. Sponsors are Extra Chill, Pabst Blue Ribbon and the Arts Council of York County.

The 2019 Don’t Sweat It Fest lineup will include Abstract That Rapper, Niecy Blues, Funeral Chic, Gardeners, Ned Brash Experience, GASP & DJ Party Dad perform Brass Boussa, Space Heater, Whitehall, BANGZZ, Abacus, Motel Glory, Acne, To Be Sure, No Rope, Horrible Girl & the Hot Mess, Izar Estelle, Merit Badge, NA$A (DJ set), and Ephraim Scott Sommers.
