Zack Mexico, Dear Blanca, and Invisible Low-End Power to Play The Royal American

It’s always a good day when we hear that Zack Mexico is coming back to Charleston. Their shows have a special psychedelic magic that seems to perfectly complement the atmosphere of The Royal American. Every time they come through town is one of those occasions when you should do anything in your power to make it to the show. This is especially true when the entire bill consists of some of the most talented musicians in the Carolinas, which is certainly the case with the next Zack Mexico show at The Royal American on Friday, January 25th.

Joining Zack Mexico that night will be Columbia favorite Dear Blanca, and the brand new Charleston project fronted by Wolfgang Zimmerman (formerly of Brave Baby, currently behind the boards at Rialto Row), Invisible Low-End Power. Wolfgang sets up on drums at the front of the stage with this project, so it will be interesting to see how that translates over to the small stage at Royal.

See y’all there. Facebook event is here. Tunes from Zack Mexico and Dear Blanca are below, as well as Wolfgang’s contribution to the 2018 Scene SC Sampler, which is the closest thing to an Invisible Low-End Power song that is currently available. Columbia peeps, the same bill will be at New Brookland Tavern the night before.
