Charleston Music Confab 2018 (Photos)
As the Charleston Music Confab (formerly New Music Confab) continues to grow, they are able to offer an increasingly immersive and valuable experience for musicians, music industry professionals, and music lovers alike. With four years now under the belt, the Charleston Music Confab has expanded to not only feature local musicians and panelists, but also supporting and headlining artists from out of town that brought a different flavor and some star power to the Confab lineup. This year’s heavy-hitters included Houndmouth, Liz Cooper & The Stampede, Dreamers, and Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors.
2018 was the most involved that Extra Chill has ever been with the Confab, with myself participating in Saturday’s publicity panel and Extra Chill photographer Mia Al-Taher hanging out and taking pictures throughout the weekend. Below you’ll find a large photo gallery from some of the weekend’s headlining showcases. All photos below were taken by Mia Al-Taher. Follow her on Instagram @mianaome to see more of her work.
