Extra Chill Fest Has Arrived

After months of behind-the-scenes planning, we’re very excited to announce Extra Chill Fest, which will take place at The Purple Buffalo on Saturday, September 8th, 2018. We’ve partnered with Real South Records to book a diverse lineup of South Carolina musicians to play on two stages for a full day of incredible music. Performances will take place both on the indoor stage at The Purple Buffalo and a large outdoor stage constructed in the back lot.

The lineup consists of Human Resources, Whitehall, Niecy Blues, Daddy’s Beemer, Tape Waves, Tom Angst, Sunny Malin, Dakota O, Abstract, Alarm Drum, and Chris Wilcox. One additional artist will be announced at a later date. Music starts at 4pm and runs right up until 2am. There will also be a rotating cast of food trucks, and vendors set up from the local arts community.

10% of proceeds from Extra Chill Fest will benefit Carolina Youth Action Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to using music as a vehicle for social change and building power among girls, transgender youth, and gender nonconforming youth.

Thanks to our sponsors, Pabst Blue Ribbon and Awendaw Green for helping to make this possible.

Tickets are $20 and on sale now. The event is 21+. Get yours here.
