The Hadleys are on fire lately, first with the release of “Open Door” from their WAV Sessions the other day, and now today with the release of this new single, “Johnny & June”. The song’s title and lyrics are a reference to the late Johnny Cash and his wife June Carter. “Johnny & June” is a chilled-out love song produced by Josh Kaler of EastSide Manor studios in Nashville, and leads me to think that The Hadleys are probably working on an album right now to be released sometime in the near future.
