Cisco Kids – Sexi Thighs & Daphne (Two Demos)

With these two demos released on Soundcloud last week, Cisco Kids is looking like Charleston’s grooviest new band. Even without vocals (they will be added on a re-recorded release), you can play Cisco Kids’ “Sexi Thighs” and “Daphne” on repeat and just chill for a few rotations. Drummer J’Dian Bennett told me that they are in the process of working on some fresh recordings of these tracks (with vocals) and more for their debut EP, which will be released on Wednesday, December 14th. The band is doing the recording and producing themselves, at a friend’s house in downtown Charleston.

That same night they are set to play in the Music Farm Den with The And’s, a soul project hailing from Aiken, SC. The Music Farm show is an Ugly Christmas Sweater party, so don’t forget to throw one on before you head out. Also I would like to point out that The Music Farm does $2 PBR tall boys during Den shows. Yup. See you there.
